- Comment submissions — if you submit a comment, we store your comment text and, optionally, your name and email address.
- Blocked emails — email addresses or domains associated with spam may be stored to prevent future abuse.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party except as described under Third Parties below.
Cookies
This site uses the following cookies:
- Form security cookie — strictly necessary to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. No consent required.
- Session cookie — strictly necessary for authenticated user sessions. No consent required.
- cookie_consent — stores your cookie preference. Strictly necessary to remember your choice; expires after one year.
- _GRECAPTCHA — set by Google if you accept cookies on a post page. Used by reCAPTCHA to assess whether comment submissions are made by a human.
Third parties
If you accept cookies on a post page, this site loads Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect the comment form from spam. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
If you choose "Strictly necessary only," reCAPTCHA is not loaded and comments are disabled.
Data retention
IP addresses, comments, and blocklist entries are retained indefinitely. To request deletion of your data, contact admin@kevinlakhani.com.
Your rights
